Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the MentorSouq website to browse mentors, request sessions or apply to mentor. By using the site, you agree to them.

Our service

MentorSouq lists experienced professionals who offer 1-on-1 online mentorship sessions. Submitting a request does not guarantee a session; we confirm availability with the mentor and contact you on WhatsApp or by email.

Prices and payment

Session prices are shown in AED on each mentor's profile and include MentorSouq's service fee. No payment is taken when you submit a request. We confirm the price and how to pay before your session is booked.

Mentorship advice

Mentors share their own experience and opinions. Sessions are for guidance only and are not professional, legal, financial or recruitment services. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information, treat mentors and our team with respect, and do not record sessions or share a mentor's materials without their permission.

Mentors

Mentors join by application and are reviewed by our team. Mentors confirm that the information on their profile is accurate and that they are free to share the experience they offer.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as MentorSouq grows. Questions? Email hello@mentorsouq.com.
