MentorSouq connects professionals across the GCC with experienced mentors for 1-on-1 online sessions. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

What we collect

When you request a session, ask for mentor recommendations or apply to become a mentor, we collect the details you enter: your name, WhatsApp number or email address, your goals and preferences, and, for mentor applicants, your professional background, LinkedIn profile and an optional photo.

How we use it

We use your information only to arrange mentorship: to contact you on WhatsApp or by email, to match you with a suitable mentor, to schedule and confirm sessions, and to review mentor applications. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

When you request a session, we share your name and goal with the mentor you chose so they can prepare. Mentors' contact details are never shown publicly. We use trusted service providers to host our website and store data securely; they may only process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@mentorsouq.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as MentorSouq grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
